Our program teaches discipline, hard work and the value of persisting until goals are reached. As students advance in skill level they advance a belt level and at the end you achieve a black belt. Along the way there are short-term objectives too. The overall goal of the program is to provide you with the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual tools to get what you want out of your life: whilst at the same time being highly skilled to successfully defend against any street attack or other type of life conflict.
